How to use this junk journal digital kit:
Print out the files, and print the backing paper on the backside of them (optional, but will make the backsides of the tags and ephemera look nice).
Cut out and fold the tabs, glue the pockets to the tags. Any pocket can go with any tag, they don't have to perfectly match up, it's up to you.
Fill the pockets with the included ephemera and tuck into the inside pocket as well.
