Where are my files?

Your digital files are automatically emailed to you immediately upon your successful purchase.

The email comes from emily@countrymouseprints.com with the subject line: Download your purchased files

However, we all know life and technology don't always go smoothly. 

If you can't find your download email, check your spam filter. Make sure you're checking the right email account.

If you still can't find it, contact me and I'll get it right to you.

I recommend using the chat box in the lower right hand corner of this website, as I'll get an alert right away and I always respond as quickly as I can.

(I do sleep, or there are times I'm right in the middle of something, but if you've sent a message rest assured I will get it)
